Before raise the ticket to PIMs, make sure item information is stored on the sourcing tools. Click here to find out  how to Add Item to Sourcing Tools
  1. Go to Freshdesk.
  2. Click New > New Ticket.
  3. Pick a template and choose ‘Request for Upload‘.
  4. Fill in all information required. – Fill in Contact with your e-mail address. – Fill in Subject with the Item Title that you’d like to upload. Rest of columns will be automatically fulfilled
  5. Fill in the E-mail Description by following the template. – Add Item Title Provide New Item Sourcing Tools link – Add RFS tix (Conversation between you and Supplier) – Add Customer
  6. Then click ‘Create’.
  7. Once ticket is created, you will be redirected to the new ticket created.
