- Go to Freshdesk
- Click New > New Ticket
- Pick a template and choose ‘Check stock with LnF‘
- Fill in the information required
– Fill in ‘Contact‘ with our E-mail.
Rest of the information is automatically fulfilled from the template.
- Fill in the Item/Link & QTY required > Click ‘Create’
- Once LnF (Logistic and Fulfillment) confirmed the stock, please edit reserve QTY on ERP SO (Sales Order) Line Item and Create DO Job (Delivery Order) accordingly. Click here to check how to handle Eezee Ex-stock Item
Before raising ticket to LnF (Logistic and Fulfillment) to check & reserve stock, OM Agent can check first from the following Excel Sheet – Stock List.
